Audit Your Current Content Mix

Define Your Visual Identity Rules
Use Claude to write a simple visual brand guide: primary and secondary colors (hex codes), font choices, logo placement rules, and do/don't examples.
Build Each Template in Canva
Create one master Canva template for each post format. Use Brand Kit to lock your colors and fonts. Add placeholder text and image slots that are easy to swap.
Generate Fill-In Variations
Use Canva AI's Magic Design feature to generate 3–4 layout variations for each template type. Pick the best one per format and standardize.
Document and Share the System
Write a 1-page usage guide in Notion AI explaining which template to use for which post type and how to populate it. Share the Canva templates with your team folder.
