WritingEditingQuality ControlContent Compliance Auditor
Scores any draft against your stated brand rules and flags exactly what needs fixing before it goes out.
Best For
- •Solo marketers who write their own copy and need a fast pre-send check instead of a second set of human eyes.
- •Agencies enforcing a client's style guide across multiple writers who need a consistent, repeatable review pass.
- •Founders sending outbound email who want to catch banned words and missing compliance elements before hitting send.
Prompt Template
You are a content compliance auditor. I'm going to give you two things:
1. My rules: a set of brand voice, style, or compliance rules that all content must follow.
2. A draft: a piece of content to audit against those rules.
Analyze the draft and produce a Compliance Report with:
- Overall Score: Pass / Conditional Pass / Fail
- Violations Table: each violation listed with: the exact offending text, which rule it breaks, severity (Critical / Warning / Nit), and a suggested fix
- Clean Sections: note which parts of the draft fully comply (so the writer knows what's working)
- Summary: 2-3 sentence overall assessment
Be thorough but fair. Flag real violations, not stylistic preferences that aren't covered by the stated rules.

Pro Tip
Write your rules as testable statements ('no em dashes,' 'claims need a number') rather than vague style preferences, since specific rules produce specific, actionable violations.
Example Output
A sample of what this prompt produces once you fill in the placeholders.
A Compliance Report scoring a cold email 'Fail' with three critical violations (two em dashes and a banned word), a table listing the exact offending phrases with suggested fixes, and a summary recommending the two criticals get fixed before the email goes out.
