FlowAI

FlowAI combines an AI image Canvas with a visual workflow builder for multi-step AI agent systems; it provides a canvas where teams connect language models, APIs, databases, and business applications into automated pipelines that execute without engineering intervention after initial configuration. The node-based interface represents each processing step as a connected block: an LLM call, a database query, an API request, a conditional branch, a human approval checkpoint. Business teams can configure complex agent logic by connecting these blocks in the visual canvas rather than writing orchestration code, making AI workflow automation accessible to operations and product teams without backend engineering involvement. HTTP tools, linked workflows and SSE/streamable-http MCP servers are documented; HTTP/MCP connections still require endpoint, schema and authentication configuration.

Canvas images can be downloaded, workflows can be published as APIs, and the Agent's Markdown-to-Excel tool creates downloadable XLSX files. FlowAI's built-in human-in-the-loop nodes allow workflows to pause at defined decision points, present relevant context to a human reviewer, and resume after approval, enabling automation of tasks that have consequential outputs requiring human judgment before execution. Integration with common business tools (CRMs, email platforms, project management, communication apps) allows workflows to read from and write to the systems where teams actually work. Template library provides pre-built workflow patterns for common business automation use cases: lead qualification, content review, report generation, data entry, and escalation routing.

Deployment handles execution scheduling, error handling, and retry logic. FlowAI is strongest for operations-heavy teams that need to automate recurring multi-step workflows that cross system boundaries and want to manage those workflows without a dedicated engineering dependency for every change.
