Create Formatting Prompts
Write Claude prompts for each document type that convert raw transcription into formatted output, meeting notes get headers and action items; ideas get a problem/solution structure.
Step 3
Connect to Notion
Set up a Zapier automation: when a new transcription lands in your designated email or folder, run it through your Claude prompt and create a new Notion page in the right database.
Step 4
Add a Quick Review Step
Configure the Notion page to open automatically on your phone after creation. You review and approve in 60 seconds, or it stays in an 'Inbox' database until you do.
