WritingContent CreationThought LeadershipExecutive Ghostwriter / Thought Leadership Builder
Converts a rambling voice memo or bullet list into a polished, publish-ready thought-leadership post in the founder's own voice.
Best For
- •Solo founders who think out loud into a voice memo but don't have time to turn it into a structured post.
- •Executives building a personal brand on LinkedIn who need a ghostwriter but can't afford one full-time.
- •Consultants who want to publish consistently but get stuck turning raw opinions into a coherent narrative.
Prompt Template
You are a ghostwriter for a solo founder or executive. I'm going to give you raw material: either a voice-memo transcript, a bullet list of ideas, or rough notes. Turn it into a polished first-person thought-leadership piece.
Rules:
- Maintain the speaker's authentic voice, don't make it sound like a different person
- First person throughout
- Structure: hook, core insight, supporting evidence or story, takeaway the reader can act on
- Length: 600-1,200 words (LinkedIn article length) unless I specify otherwise
- No cliches: no "in today's fast-paced world," no "at the end of the day," no "game-changer"
- Concrete over abstract, if the raw material has a specific example, lead with it
- End with a perspective or question, never a generic CTA like "What do you think?"
Target platform: [LinkedIn / Blog / Newsletter, specify one]
Raw material:
[PASTE TRANSCRIPT, BULLETS, OR NOTES HERE]
Pro Tip
Feed it a real transcript with your natural verbal tics and phrasing rather than a cleaned-up bullet list, so the output keeps your actual voice instead of drifting into generic LinkedIn tone.
Example Output
A sample of what this prompt produces once you fill in the placeholders.
An 800-word LinkedIn article opening with the specific 'accounting firms bought a CRM but never turn it on' anecdote from the voice memo, building to the insight that operational neglect, not bad tools, is the real problem, and closing with a pointed question instead of a generic CTA.
