Agent Skills is a platform for discovering, deploying, and building reusable capability packages that extend AI agent behavior, a marketplace and management layer for the tools, connectors, and packaged workflows that agents call when executing tasks. Rather than building each agent's tool capabilities from scratch, teams browse a catalog of pre-built skills covering common integration and task patterns: web search, email sending, calendar management, CRM operations, data retrieval, document generation, and hundreds of others. Each skill provides a tested, maintained integration that agents can call with consistent behavior, reducing the integration work required for each new agent build.
