When meetings shift or priorities change, Motion reschedules automatically rather than requiring manual re-planning. The Project feature manages team-level work with AI resource allocation: add tasks, assign them to team members, set deadlines, and Motion plans the schedule for the team collectively, surfacing conflicts and capacity issues before they become missed deadlines.

The Daily Planner view shows a single prioritized task order for the day, removing the cognitive overhead of deciding what to work on next.
