Make It Yours

The speed is real. Here's what keeps the output from reading like everyone else's.

  • Adapt the script in your own speaking rhythm, not a straight read of the blog post: written and spoken pacing are different, and a direct port reads as robotic.
  • Use a cloned or closely-matched voice sample instead of a stock AI voice if this content will run under your name or brand.
  • Do a manual caption and timing pass before publishing: auto-generated captions routinely mis-time on emphasis words.

Time Required

1–2 hrs per video

Expected Result

A polished 3–8 minute YouTube video (or series of Shorts) derived from an existing blog post, complete with AI voiceover and visuals.

1

Adapt the Script

Paste your blog post into Claude and ask it to rewrite it as a spoken video script, conversational, present tense, with natural pause points marked. Target 150 words per minute.

2

Generate the Voiceover

Paste the script into ElevenLabs and choose a voice that matches your brand. Generate the full audio track and export as MP3.

3

Create Visuals with AI

Use Runway ML's image-to-video or Canva AI's video tool to generate short visual clips (5–10 seconds each) to accompany each section of the script.
