Step 1
Identify the best clips automatically
Upload your long-form video or podcast to Opus Clip. It uses AI to score moments by virality potential and exports the top 10 clips with auto-generated captions and aspect-ratio cropping.
Step 2
Write stronger hooks for each clip
Export the Opus Clip transcripts and feed them to Claude. Ask it to rewrite the opening 3 seconds of each clip as a pattern-interrupt hook optimized for each platform's audience.
Step 3
Add B-roll and visual polish
Import the best clips into Descript. Add B-roll, fix jump cuts, apply Studio Sound, and update captions to use the new hooks. Export in the correct format for each platform.
Step 4
Generate custom thumbnails
Use Canva AI to create thumbnails for YouTube Shorts and TikTok. Use Magic Design to generate options, then edit the text overlay to match your hook.
Step 5
Schedule across platforms
Upload all clips and thumbnails to Buffer. Use its optimal-time scheduling to queue posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for the week.
