Install Fathom and connect it to Google Calendar or Outlook. Fathom joins calls automatically, transcribes in real time, and generates an AI summary within seconds of the call ending. No bot invite needed for the free plan.
Step 2
Set up CRM AutoSync
In Fathom settings, connect to HubSpot or Salesforce. Configure which fields map to which CRM properties, call summary, action items, next steps. Fathom will push structured notes to the contact record after every call.
Step 3
Configure Fireflies for team-wide coverage
For team accounts, deploy Fireflies across your sales and CS team. Set up shared conversation libraries so managers can search across all calls by topic, keyword, or speaker.

Route action items to your project tool
Use Zapier to connect Fathom or Fireflies to Linear, Asana, or Notion. When a call summary contains action items tagged to your team, auto-create tasks with the right assignee and due date.
