Define Your Scoring Criteria
Use ChatGPT to help you articulate your ICP scoring rubric: company size, industry, role, intent signals, budget. Convert this into a structured JSON scoring prompt.
Capture Lead Data
Connect your lead capture form (Typeform, HubSpot, or a website form) to Make. Pull in company data by enriching the email domain with a lookup service.
Score with Claude
Send each lead's profile into Claude via Make. Include your scoring rubric in the system prompt. Claude returns a score (1–10) and a one-sentence reason for the score.
Route High-Value Leads
In Make, add logic: if score ≥ 7, create a CRM deal and send a Slack notification to your sales team with the lead profile and score reason.
Log and Review Weekly
Send all scored leads to a Google Sheet. Review weekly to refine your scoring criteria based on which high-score leads actually converted.
