Step 1
Batch Your Scripts
Write 7 short-form scripts (60–90 seconds each) in ChatGPT in one session. Use a consistent structure: hook in the first 3 words, 3 points, CTA. Record all 7 back-to-back.
Step 2
Import and Auto-Edit in CapCut
Import all 7 recordings into CapCut desktop. Use the Auto Captions feature (select your language and animation style), then run Auto Cut to remove silences and awkward pauses automatically.
Step 3
Apply AI Enhancements
For each video: use CapCut's AI background removal or enhancement, apply a consistent color grade preset, and add background music from the library at -15dB underneath your voice.
Step 4
Reformat for Each Platform
Use CapCut's Smart Reframe to automatically reformat each 9:16 video for square (Instagram feed) and 16:9 (YouTube). This triples your content output from the same recordings.
Step 5
Schedule the Release Wave
Export all 21 video variations and schedule them in Buffer or Metricool, one video per platform per day across the week, with platform-specific captions generated by ChatGPT.
